Sadly I have repeatedly experienced that reliability, punctuality and honesty are not always among the fortes of many of the residents. But for me these attributes play a very important role in order to assure a perfect product or perfect liason and support.
This road is bumpier but my insistence has shown me that this is the only long term road to success and to a fruitful collaboration with colleagues and clients.
